Camp is that time where kids can get some time away from their parents. We usually have camp 3 times a year, but once in awhile we have 4 camps. Camp lasts 3 days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There are 3 types of camp:

  • Training camp: At this camp we are taught about how we can become a leader. There is a lot of studying at this camp, but there are also games so don't worry. At the end of the camp there will be a test to see what what rank you will be put into.The test alone does not determine what rank you are. the leaders of the camp will be watching you throughout the camp to see your leadership skills. 

  • Fun Camp:This camp is mainly for your enjoyment. You will be doing more playing than learning, but you still have to learn something. You will be put into teams and through out the camp you will be facing off against other teams to see who wins in the end.

  • LDNS Camp: This, in my opinion, is the best camp of the year. This camp is the camp where all 14 groups in California come together at one camp. There is A LOT of competition during this camp. You compete against other groups for first place in: Skits, Games, and the CTTT (which is where we compete to see who knows more about TNTT).
